Little Leaves, a division of Catapult Learning, is a center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program for young children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, run in a preschool-like setting. It is designed for children up to age 6 who have been recommended for intensive ABA services. Each client works one-on-one with a trained behavior technician on individualized goals with a focus on social communication, social interactions, and school readiness skills.
Little Leaves is looking for a Market Development Manager, with knowledge of Autism or possessing Autism-related experiences, who will be responsible for establishing relationships and building partnerships within the Autism community in the Metro DC area to drive referrals to the Little Leaves behavioral health clinics. The Market Development Manager will create local awareness of Little Leaves services and work with stakeholders to become a trusted partner for ABA services in the Autism community. Key stakeholders include Pediatricians, Pediatric Neurologists, Developmental Pediatricians, Psychologists, parent networks, Autism organizations, associations, local school districts, daycare facilities and other local businesses.
