    Catapult Learning is seeking a hands-on HR – Benefits Manager to join our high-performance team.  The professional filling this role will have deep experience in benefits administration and the ability to support and manage our growing company’s benefit programs.

    The candidate filling this role is responsible for managing and operating the day-to-day group benefits programs including group health, prescription, dental, health reimbursement accounts, life, and disability programs. This HR Benefits Manager will help design benefits plans, improve existing programs, and provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefits programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Day to day oversight of all benefits (except 401K plan) to include self-funded health plan, dental, STD, LTD, and Life insurance.
    • Direct Management of HR Coordinators
    • Ensure HR team is promptly responding to benefits inquiries
    • Serve as liaison between team members, health providers, benefits consultants, and vendors on escalated claim and coverage issues
    • Oversight of LOA and tuition reimbursement programs
    • Direct management of HRA, FSA, and Transit Funding Programs.
    • Oversight of data integrity coming through SAP (specifically MSS and ESS)
    • Oversight of Catapults HR/Benefit ticketing systems.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study
    • A minimum of 7 years’ experience Human Resources/Benefits administration and team management experience.
    • Possesses strong technical, project & time management, and analytical skills
    • Expert level MS Excel skills
    • Experience administrating benefit plans in companies of 3,000+
    • Service oriented mentality
    • Experience with HRIS Systems
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
