Catapult Learning is seeking a hands-on HR – Benefits Manager to join our high-performance team. The professional filling this role will have deep experience in benefits administration and the ability to support and manage our growing company’s benefit programs.
The candidate filling this role is responsible for managing and operating the day-to-day group benefits programs including group health, prescription, dental, health reimbursement accounts, life, and disability programs. This HR Benefits Manager will help design benefits plans, improve existing programs, and provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefits programs.
