    Little Leaves, a division of Catapult Learning, is a center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program for young children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, run in a preschool-like setting. It is designed for children up to age 6 who have been recommended for intensive ABA services. Each client works one-on-one with a trained behavior technician on individualized goals with a focus on social communication, social interactions, and school readiness skills.

    Little Leaves is looking for a Director of Payor Relations & Medical Billing to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for contracting, credentialing, and relationship management between Little Leaves and its various payor constituencies. This includes maintenance of existing contracts as well as identification of new contracting opportunities in order to achieve growth targets.


    • Manage, lead, and develop Billing Team

    • Analyze fee schedules and re-negotiate financial contracts with insurance companies and other third-party payors as needed

    • Monitor contract performance regarding financial performance and payment integrity

    • Ensure providers are credentialed, appointed, and privileged with health plans

    • Maintain contracting to ensure adherence to key contract dates / timelines related to contract requirements, adjustments, and / or renewals

    • Develop process and procedures, as well as operational KPIs as needed


    Position Requirements:

    • Knowledge of Autism with Autism-related experience is preferred

    • Experience utilizing Central Reach billing system

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in payor contracting or a related area

    • Understanding of healthcare networks

    • Proficient in MS Office suite

    • Ability to meet strict deadlines



    • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or another applicable field

    • Master’s degree a plus, but not required
