    Catapult Learning is seeking an experienced Copywriter to develop compelling creative concepts, clearly articulate our brand, communicate our vision, and increase B2B and B2C engagement. As an integral member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for the development of messaging and content to build awareness of and engagement with the Catapult Learning brand and products through a variety of digital and print marketing materials, communications, and lead generation efforts. The focus of this role is writing informed by insights and strategy. Copy channels include web, social, email, video scripts, marketing collateral, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and more.  

    Responsibilities

    • Write wide range of clear and compelling communications for internal and external audiences, including:
      • Website and email copy
      • Marketing and sales collateral
      • Social media content
      • Case studies & white papers
      • Video scripts
      • Press releases
    • Propose copy concepts and the underlying strategic thinking
    • Partner with marketing program managers and external PR firm to create and implement a communication plan and calendar aligned with the overall marketing strategy, including: theme/topic development, content creation, and identification of marketing distribution channels
    • Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice; ensure copy is consistent in style across all executions and aligned with brand standards and product strategies
    • Collaborate on development of workflows to request, create, edit, publish, and retire content
    • Identify communication opportunities to support the business strategy and insights to inform messaging

    Qualifications

    • BS or BA in English, Communications, Marketing Communications, or similar degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of professional-level experience in copywriting and content development
    • Ability to adjust language style to appeal to a variety of audiences
    • A portfolio of digital and print writing samples are required
    • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SEO, email automation, WordPress, social media and digital platforms a plus
    • Experience in the education and/or a service-sector is helpful
    • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and timelines
