    Catapult Learning supports children with learning barriers, and we need someone who can help us effectively promote our services to reach even more children. Catapult is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work in a high-energy, fast paced environment to support its education programs. This position will report to the Director of B2B Marketing and will support the marketing team’s efforts across Catapult Learning’s Education Solutions division, which includes the following programs for School Districts and their students: AchieveLiteracy and AchieveMath intervention, STEM, Summer Journey, mentoring, professional development and others. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously – multi-channel campaigns, development of selling stories, product launch support, to name a few – is essential. The successful candidate is an experienced, savvy marketer with strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop B2B content and sales tools (digital, social, marcomm) that align with the Catapult Learning brand
    • In partnership with sales, develop market by market strategies to promote our capabilities
    • Create, analyze and optimize multi-channel lead gen campaigns, including identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion, leveraging our CRM system
    • Collaborate on development and deployment of compelling, differentiated value propositions for the division and its product lines
    • Collaborate with Copywriter on creation of content calendar to align with overall growth strategy
    • Brand management – ensure business value proposition is consistently represented throughout all programs and materials and aligns with Catapult Learning brand guidelines
    • Provide content support and create high-quality client and prospect presentations in collaboration with sales and operations teams
    • Support website content updates and maintain consistency across all digital platforms
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain presentation templates and content

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field with experience in B2B Marketing
    • 3-5 years of professional experience as a marketing manager. 
    • Education/K12 industry experience desirable
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); PowerPoint expertise required
    • Familiarity with CRM; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
    • Experience with email automation required; WordPress, social media and digital platforms a plus
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to collect, analyze, and report out on campaign results
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing partners, sales, operations, and SMEs across the country
