  • Overview

    The Site Coordinator (SC) will provide support to the Program Supervisor and Instructors at the school sites.  The SC will support administrative duties and the operations of the program.  The SC will also fulill between 4 and 8 instructional hours per week.  Start date: January 7, 2019.


    • Site Coordinators are part of the everyday face of the Company.  Site Coordinators develop strong relationships with the school administration and staff.  Maintaining the program's organization and sense of order is essential to this role and program success.
    • Supports the maintainenance of the daily record of student and instructor attendance.
    • Supports contacting parents whenever students are absent.
    • Supprts contacting parents regarding student performance.
    • Supports maintenance of all paperwork and records.
    • Maintains organization of Company cabinets/storage space.
    • Notifies Program Supervisor of supply needs weekly.
    • Meets with Program Supervisor weekly .
    • Supports the successul implementation of Catapult curriuclum and instructional program expectations.
    • Fuliflls instructional duties at one of our program schools (4-8 hours per week)
    • Inter island travel is required for support of all of our schools



    Bachelor's degree. Computer literacy is required.



    None required.


    Must understand that all children can learn. Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers. Must be flexible. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.  



    Light lifting, walking, climbing stairs, and travelling by various commercial means.
