Responsible for the overall program design and service quality of all Special Services delivered. These programs include Academic Counseling, Family Connections (Family Connections is a Catapult Learning program designed to bridge the gap between school and families to support student learning. It combines education, counseling, and resource advocacy services. It empowers families with the tools they need to be involved, constructive supporters of their student’s learning.), Nursing, Speech Therapy, IDEA, and Mentoring.
Master’s or above in special education, counseling, psychology or related field. Proven experience managing special education/special services employees, preferably in a school setting. Knowledge and experience with inclusionary practices. Knowledge of state and federally funded programs for at risk students desirable.
