  • Overview

    Catapult Learning is seeking a highly-driven, creative and ambitious Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing campaigns and sales support projects. The specialist will own the development, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand engagement activities, including email outreach, website analytics and updates, and the development of customer presentations.


    The marketing specialist role is critical to the success of marketing initiatives. Key activities include designing and deploying emails, creating engaging website and social content, building landing pages and developing customer presentations in PowerPoint. 


    Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, competitive candidates will have previous marketing experience and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities and expectations include:


    • Create high-quality presentations to be presented by account management teams
    • Implement digital marketing, website, and social media initiatives
    • Design and deploy marketing emails and organize and manage distribution lists
    • Create landing pages and maintain website content
    • Manage campaign schedules and ensure campaigns are launched on time
    • Own campaign analytics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
    • Coordinate all parts of the content development process to ensure on-time delivery




    • Bachelor’s degree required, 1-3 years of marketing experience recommended
    • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to craft a story
    • Superior written communication skills including copy editing, grammar, style, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficient with using Adobe Photoshop
    • Be technically savvy with the operational “know how” to work on different platforms and applications
    • Experience with marketing platforms is preferred (Ex. Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp)
