    The Procurement Analyst will work as part of the procurement team to support the identification and selection of new preferred vendors and manage existing vendors and procurement activities. The Procurement Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholder, as well as with company vendors and service providers.


    • Analyze Summer Journey 1400 item bill of materials, identifying opportunities for SKU consolidation and efficiency
    • Manage all Summer Journey sourcing activities, identifying vendors to supply needed items, and negotiating pricing and arrangements with them
    • Conduct all Summer Journey purchasing, coordinating with kitting vendors on needs, receipt of items, missing items, etc., and keeping track of inventory
    • Keep track of all Summer Journey purchases and costs, and analyze trends
    • Conduct other analyses to identify opportunities for procurement-related savings and improvements


    • Undergraduate degree
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and especially Excel
    • Able to and interested in learning new software systems
    • Detail oriented and highly organized
    • Analytical and possess strong quantitative skills
    • Have strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
    • Able to maintain composure under pressure
    • Able to work independently
    • Flexible, resourceful, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
