  • Overview

    The Human Resources Buisness Partner is primarily responsible for providing human resources consulting services to managers and employees.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

      • Provide guidance and direction to managers and staff with regard to employee
        relations issues including reviewing complaints, conducting investigations, recommending solutions.
      • Recruit at all levels to ensure the best match of skills and abilities to the needs of the position.
      • Research and develop compensation programs that are consistent with the goals of
        the organization.
      • Develop and deliver a variety of training programs.
      • Partner with Human Resource team and other departments to determine, develop and
         implement the most progressive and productive organizational structure of
         the new contact center. 
      • Develop, implement, and interpret policies.
      • Lead and manage projects that will have a direct impact on our business and culture in the future




    • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
    • 8 years human resources generalist experience
    • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits,
      training, and organizational development
    • Experience supporting off-site managers through e-mail and the telephone with human
      resources needs
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Superior leadership, project management, judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and
      coaching skills
    • Enjoys a challenge and committed to building a high-performance organization
