    Provides contracted instructional services with the necessary educational expertise in reading, mathematics, writing, and related areas; diagnoses learning skill deficits and delivers prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company; consults with school personnel to coordinate efforts in providing services to students; communicates and conferences with parents providing information on student progress

    Responsibilities

    The On Site Administrator works under the direction of the Site Coordinator in the Catapult Learning’s After-School Program.  The On Site Administrator will be responsible for managing daily student and staff attendance sheets, supporting clerical tasks relating to program-related paperwork, and data tracking, and work to support the reporting needs of the site-based Site Coordinator.  The On Site Administrator reports directly to the Site Coordinator. Ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organization skills, be attentive to detail, have strong interpersonal skills and must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

    Duties:

    • Assist Site Coordinator with implementation of program procedures.
    • Work with the Site Coordinator to verify class lists.
    • Assist with planning and implementation of transition from daytime classrooms to afterschool classrooms and with orderly dismissal of students at the end of each session.
    • Print, disseminate, and collect student and staff attendance sheets daily.  Scan sheets to Data Support and file originals in Site Records Box.
    • Make daily calls to the homes of students not in attendance.  Call Logs are provided to record reasons for absences.
    • Assist Site Coordinator with adherence to 8:1 student/teacher ratio by reviewing attendance sheets.
    • Ensure every student has taken the pre-assessment during the first two weeks of the program and is administered all post-assessments.
    • Assist Site Coordinator with the creation, distribution, collection, tracking and filing of Individualized Student Plans and Progress Reports.
    • Keep orderly files on site for each student.
    • Additional clerical duties as presented by the Supervisor and Site Coordinator.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Must have recent experience working in the school community
    • Fluent in Spanish is preferred
    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Must have HS diploma/GED minimum
    • Reliable transportation  (if applicable)
    • Must pass a rigorous background check prior to working
