You will provide small group instruction (no more than 6 in a group) in K-12 non-public schools in the Philadelphia region. With high professional standards and research-based approaches to instturciton, you will coordiante services for students in partnership with their classroom teachers and school administration while providing strong communication with thier families.
We welcome all applicants with teaching certification and particularly educators with ESL, Special Education and Reading Specialists credentials and experience.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Must have a bachelor’s degree and valid teaching certificate, as required by contract. Teaching experience preferred.
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must understand that all children can learn. Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers. Must be flexible. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred. Must be available to work during the summer months.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Light lifting, walking, climbing stairs. Most programs are in school settings.
